Aagghhh... that's not good. My sympathies as far as the homicidal rage goes. Is there any hope that this can resolve itself in a peaceful manner?

I think snarling in all-caps over LiveJournal is a good substitute for stabbing things. Though if my homicidal mood keeps up the way it has been I may invest in some people-shaped foam cutouts to bludgeon. Care to join? ^^

Maybe I will, I dunno how that'll work for me, though. I think part of my problem with finding a good way to vent is that I know I have a genetic predisposition to violent rages and so actively work against it (by not pummeling things into the dirt). Which apparently results in me shutting down and internalizing pain instead, which is probably no better, if not worse.
