Anyway, in Japan they sell bags full of random stuff at stores for New Year's. The things inside the bag are all substantially discounted, but you can't see inside. If it's clothes, they might tell you what sizes are inside the bag, but that's it. These are Lucky Bags (fukubukuro 福袋).
Yuuri's confusion in all of this is because they were calling their time capsules 'lucky bags' :)
