Arcobaleno! + La Primavera + upcoming Otome Games questions.

I haven't seen any downloads or reviews for the game Arcobaleno! since whenever I google it, anything related to KHR! Arcobaleno are the ones that come up ): Anyway, is it worth playing? La Primavera only gave it three ♥s.
Which leads me to this next question: What is La Primavera exactly? I know it's a source for guides, but who actually made it? I mean, when Hakuouki Zuisouroku was released for a few hours/a day, the guide was already complete.
Last question: Can someone explain to me what 緋色の欠片 愛蔵版 (Hiiro no Kakera Aizouban) is supposed to be? A reprint of the three titles (the original, Hisui, and the new one)? Does it come with new CGs/music/Ano Sora no Shita de/Soukoku no Kusabi? My Japanese is quite rough so the info I picked up's lacking.
