Human, All Too Human ( Food For Thoughts)
[1] Feelings are fleeting, emotions strong, characters too defined, morals unrefined, human... too human.
[2] It had been nice seeing someone so weak growing some spine, wanting to be more so as to be a lion with it's crown on the head held high. Though wouldn't a crown and too much backbone make you a shrimp?
[3] A turtle, a giraffe, a pig, a horse. Pink stars, orange apples, pointed circles, sole-less shoes. In the end, it would make sense.
[4] Where in your world, only you matters. Were in your world only you are hurt. Where in your world only you are happy. Where in your world there's only you. Are you happy?
[5] A big circle for the face, a triangle for the nose, two crescents for the eyes and a semi-circle for the lips. But she's not happy, because the semi-circle isn't perfect, so they gave her another one. You have two lips now. Are you satisfied?
[6] They gave her a watch, she used it everyday and eventually the battery went empty. They gave her a pitcher of water, she drank everything and eventually all she had is an empty pitcher. They gave her a dog, she played with it all day and eventually the dog got hungry and ate. They gave her a friend. She made her listen but never to talk, she made her stay but in the end makes her go away. Friend gave her Chance. And she used Chance against her friend. Friend got tired and eventually, just walked away.
Now she has a watch without a battery, a pitcher without water, a dog who only eats, a wasted chance, and a friend who walked away.
