The supposition that the killing of Daria Dugina had been backed by Ukraine was supported by the article in The New York Times

To me, this publication looks very strange, to say the least. NYT neither gives any source of the information nor, more importantly, substantiates the killing. I could not invent any plausible explanation of what good this killing may bring to Ukraine, while I see considerable damage to the Ukrainian cause with it being disseminated around the world. I still think the assassination was planned and executed by the Russian secret service.
