I was so embarassed to even be watching this movie the first time through. It has since grown on me like a malignant (yet oddly appealing) tumor.
Forget the Academy, this is cult through and through. Imagine Baz Luhrmann remaking 'Hellraiser', or a bastard child of 'Blade Runner' and 'The Rocky Horror Picture Show'. Sexy, absurd, horror camp with a beat you can dance to. Bring it on.
