Ask something easier. I know *what* I intend to do with the story, I'm just not entirely sure *how*. It's a very delicate balance between Merlin and Torchwood.

I'll do my best. Hopefully, this story won't mutate into another one of those absurdly long tales that grow and grow and grow and never come to an end. I pretty much intend to end it where the actual TW episode did... just with a wastly different ending. *evil cackle*

This is quite good so far. I'm liking what you're doing. Merlin is pretty awesome. And Tosh as the "princess" is fabu.

tosh a princess(true) ianto the faithful knight(he is that and more) jack the guardian(we have seen if in faith's cards) and gwen what can i say about gwen. looking forward to more.

As I said, it's a very interesting start, and I'd love to see how the story progresses. I also liked how you seemed to merge the canon if both fandoms to an extent, but you've added something new too. Though it's early days, so far I'm finding this story intriguing, (especially the idea of the Guardian, and the knight, etc.), and can't wait for an update ^__^

(Also, the Gwen bashing: Always fun =P)

I'll stop babbling now..

Heh! Gwen bashing is fun indeed.

The whole story was born from a very vivid picture that just popped up in my mind without preamble: Merlin appearing in the middle of the Hub. I liked the idea so much that I was seeking desperately a way to make it work - and the fact that I might be able to save Tosh this way (and probably show Gwen as an evil, ugly old hag and kill her in the end) only fuelled my inspiration. *g*

Of course, now I'll have to work out a whole mythology for background, but, well, I think it will be worth it.

Babble away as much as you want. I love to discuss ideas with my readers.
