"In and out of the Eagle,"

Last week I head an odd chiruping noise coming from one of the light fixtures. I thought it was something electrical. Turned out to be a horribly lost cricket. How the poor thing got on top of a light fixture 8' above the floor is beyond me, except that maybe it crawled up inside the wall and somehow got out on the light. Or it eats it's Wheaties and made one hell of a jump. I put it outside after taking some pictures.
Nova sleeping with is tongue peeking out. So cute.
I've got bangs! Couple days ago I took all of my hair out of the braids and twists so I could section off the bangs to cut. Only it took longer than I thought, I had to run to work and didn't have time to braid the bangs, so I twisted the loose hair around the two new braids I have in back. Last night I undid them and they where in beautiful doll like curls. So... I took pictures. You can see my new armwarmers, made them last night. Sorry, no pics of the bangs yet.
