There is a phenomena called sense memory, which blends our physiological and psychological experiences,
making us able to recollect moments from our past through a touch or an odor.

In the research and preparations for my end-of-the-year exhibition I am now looking to you for help, in need
of some of your stories and thoughts on this.

- Myself I remember vividly smells from when I was younger, or recognising a memory through a sudden fragrance,
and I sometimes even experience phantom smells, connecting me and the present to the past.

What about you, do you remember any moments a significant or surprising smell has taken you back to
a certain memory? Or do you connect people or places to different fragrances in your memory maybe?

Please tell me, before Thursday latest, what your thoughts are on this interesting part of our brain and surroundings.
Thank you so much!
