((There's a little quiet at first, a little time to think. Then a brief, little sigh before Alice speaks...))
Well... That's all over now and I'm quite glad of that. I should very much like that to be over for a very long time. I almost think that sheep growing out of the ground is more ordinary than sheep going mad. That was perfectly horrid. And I only saw things from the window and through your window, Book.
But, oh, the deities were quite horrid themselves, I think, to have there be curses right after all of that! The sheep went away, but there were curses right after!
Still, the curses were almost familiar! I've seen quite all of those curses before, and always on weekends just like that.
I really don't think I've ever seen such peculiar sheep before.
((A little pause...))
But, oh! I remember! The White Queen turned into a sheep! But she was quite an ordinary sheep, and not a mad one. Well, as ordinary as a sheep is when it's in a shop or in a boat. Or perhaps it ought to be a sheep on a ship--that would be quite a puzzle to say, but it really was a boat as I recall.
But, really, she was quite an ordinary sheep. I should much prefer all the sheep I meet from now on be ordinary sheep. I don't think I should like to see mad sheep ever again.
But, well, they're gone now, and I'm glad. I didn't see then disappear but I certainly did see the snow afterwards. Only, it was snow at all. I've heard of people saying snow looks like cottonwool, but I've never seen cottonwool that looks like snow.
Snowdrop!
((A little mew, as the kitten--a growing kitten, certainly--is picked up...))
Snowdrop, I think you would have got quite lost in all that cottonwool! I should never have been able to find you.
((Mew, mew...))
Well, now that it's over, perhaps we ought to go outdoors again, Snowdrop, at least to the garden. I think that would be very nice. That way we can go outdoors a little before the next curse.
((A sigh.))
Because, well, I suppose there will be another curse.
((A little bit of shuffling, then, as she reaches around the cat to turn the Network device off with a--))

[ooc: Alice was in hiding for the duration, but she's back now! Slightly traumatized, but...basically all right.]
