The 'Otherhouse' [Goldenrod] Layout & Information// Check-in

PLEASE READ
If your kid is staying here, please comment in this post. Kids can come and go as they please, because this is their house too, but the Other Father will interact with them, no doubt; I'll need to know if he's been getting CR/would know some of the kids by name. This is also a good way of having a list to know how many beds are filled although it's not like the Other Father wouldn't give up his bedroom for them.

Also, if you want to do some plotting with the house (plot, logs, etc.) then feel free to say so/discuss/roleplay that here.

The 5-bedroomed house sits in a street closer to the outside of Goldenrod/bordering on Route 34, where the fields and forests just outside are more visible than the urban characteristics on the inside.

The first thing you'll see as you approach the house is a white picket fence bordering an almost too perfect Garden: perfect grass, flowerbeds with all different sorts of colourful flowers, a pond to one corner, a swing set and of course, the cobblestone path leading to the front door of the pink-painted house.

Upon entering, you'll approach a hallway that stops and turns a little bit away. Directly in front of you is an open doorway leading into a kitchen, tiled with black and white. Turn right and you'll find a few doors and an open area down the hallway. On your first right is the Bathroom, a simple room with a bath, bit of shelving, sink, toilet, mats and a mirror; the walls are blue with wavy lines, just above white tiles that are both the bottom half of the wall and the floor.

Your second right is the Dining Room. The dining room is quite plain for now, the walls in a welcoming shade of red, empty frames adorn the walls as if waiting for someone to draw a picture that they can show (Draw picture and give it to him, and it'll end up in a photoframe around the house/on the fridge. Gotta support your kids creativity. ♥)

The first room on your left, pass the kitchen, is the Music Room. The room's got a groovy feel to it, the walls a lighter red than the dining room, once again adorned by empty photoframes. There's a dark wooden border going from the floor to middle of the wall. Directly in front, on top of a warm coloured rug is a baby piano, a swivle chair in front of it, welcoming you to sit down and play. Comfy stalls are to the sides, placed to the walls for now, but usually used so that the audience don't have to stand up and hurt their feet. Beside the piano are two berry bushes grown in large pots. Other instruments line the walls; an accoustic guitar sits near the door, a trumpet attached to the wall by brackets, a xylophone on one of the bookshelves that hold books with scores and pictures of 'how to' guides for the kids.

Directly in front is an open room (the Living Room), stairs to the left, couches and cabinets and a T.V. to the right. A big area of the room to the left, next to the stairs, is for special occasions like Christmas, or Halloween (where, preferably, pumpkin-carving won't happen. D:) or just in general, an area for the kids or Pokémon to play. The colours on the walls of this room change, seemingly as if different people had just taken a colour and done their bit- actually, that was what had happened.

The upstairs is painted just like the living room. Directly to you left is the second bathroom, the same as the one downstairs. Directly in front is the door to the Master's Bedroom, AKA your Other Father and Other Mother's bedroom; sadly, there's a lack of Other Mother to fill that space, however. to the left, there are four Bedrooms, each with bunk beds (3 sets in the furthest two, 2 sets in the first two. Each room is painted however a kid wants it to be; if they don't like the colour, they can draw on the walls, or paint it, or do whatever with it! Other than destroy it, preferably. The rooms all have beds, a wardrobe and some beds for the Pokémon. Some also have desks.

The entire house is free-reign for the kids- apart from the Master's bedroom- and the Other Father'll be fine with redecorating! If they do redecorate, once again, please say so here.
