I need managing
Alright, so we went and saw the A-Team this weekend.
....I. Fucking. Loved it.
I know some purists are going to be all sore about it, but let's be real for a minute - they had to update it. They could not continue to use Vietnam war vets. And to make them current, there would have to be some changes to the characters - but I think it was actually very true to the spirit of the originals. And for an origin story, I loved it. Liam owned as Hannibal. Rampage made me forget about Mr. T while I was in that theater. Sharlto was perfect as Murdock. Jessica's Charisa didn't annoy me! And Bradley... mm. Alright, let me just say I'm a big Coop fan. But Dirk was going to be big shoes to fill - he was my favorite in the original. I think Bradley did it beautifully. And good. LORD that boys abs. I'm already waiting on the sequel *crosses fingers*
Anyway...
I need help. Someone tell me that I absolutely cannot write a Face fic (probably Charisa/Face or Face and his many other women) that's spun around Steely Dan's Can't Buy a Thrill. Tell me that I shouldn't. Tell me it's a bad idea. Tell me not to do it. Please. I beg you.
