Diorama "Moscow is the capital of the USSR"

On the first floor of Ukraina Hotel, you can see at no charge a unique small-scale model of Moscow called "Moscow is the capital of the USSR". The size of the model is impressive: 16 meters in width, 6 meters in height and 9,5 meters in depth. The total area is 304,9 m2. The historical center of Moscow and its nearest regions of 1977 are created in the scale of 1:75. At the diorama, there is an informational terminal and headphones, which you can use to listen to an excursion about Moscow in different languages. You will know about the history of all the buildings of the model, which will be consecutively illuminated to help you easily find them.
