In the same boat as the rest regarding Amy saving Rory Huhhhh? He may only have a only a 1900's Doctorate degree for humans but hello - Rory - human - simple CPR. I would much rather have a (GENIUS) alien, human trained MD then a clueless Human with no medical training trying to save my life no matter how much I loved them. Since when does the Doctor stand by and look worried and dumb? The Doctor is the hero not the sidekicks who should be there to help highlight the Doctor's brilliance and help him save the day. It's Doctor Who not the Amy and Rory show.
Also what's up with sending a batch of pirates out into the stars? Like illiterate pirates are going to be so thrilled to be locked up in a completely enclosed spaceship never to see another human or outside the ship again. I won't even get started about the whole how are they going to, or why they would want to fly a crashed spaceship *shrugs*
I do say I loved the so very Doctor like TARDIS reunion scene and Amy valiantly trying to save Rory from the Siren & Pirates. I also like the mystery regarding the on again off again pregnancy and peek-a-boo woman with the eye patch.
But over all this season is breaking my heart with the poorly thought out canon & clueless episodes.
