And we're going to make chocolate chip cookies!!
I've been working, which has been interesting but slightly boring. I've been compiling a bibliography on once-through cooling power plants, so I've been learning a lot about impingement and entrainment. And today I started work on a brochure for the Sacramento-Shasta chapter of The Wildlife Society, which is awesome. Overall, I think it's a pretty good job, and I should learn a lot, and the people seem nice. And the really exciting thing is that I wouldn't have been at all qualified for this job a year ago, but now it's pretty easy. Which means I actually learned something last year.
And I just quoted Friends, and now Ashley and Carly are freaking out. What do they expect? With enough exposure to that, anything can happen...
So, the cookies were yummiful, and now it's Wednesday, and I really want to sleep instead of going to work. But alas, I have to go work all day, and then I can come home and sleep.
I'm going down to LA this weekend to see Wicked. It's going to be amazing, and I can't wait. I just hope Kai will stop being weird with me, because that would totally ruin the weekend. And it's some of the last time I'll get to spend with him, because he's leaving soon. :(
