(no subject)
I hope that everyone in LJ land had a wonderful Christmas and great times in the New Year. After all the hecticness and busy days before Christmas, I actually sat back and relaxed. I got to enjoy some time with family and some friends. It was a good time. I was very surprised by my gifts this year...much more than I had expected or asked for. I am appreciative of all of it though.
I was off this week all except Wednesday...I had to go in and do my annual review with my supervisor. Fun times! It turned out well and we set new goals for the next year. He wants me to do two educational sessions for the staff...200 people. I will let ya know how that goes. Today, I slept in YAY. It has been a good week overall. I will return to work on Tuesday the 2nd for a long ass haul to Spring break. UGH
New Years...and all the resolutions. I would like to say I will loose weight, or be a better person this year. ..but who knows if those will happen. On the list of things to accomplish this year are:
Continue grad school
Move along on some house projects(office and basement)
Meet some of the friends I have put off way too long
Traveling(if money allows)
I dont have plans for the weekend yet...but im sure something will come up.
