I'm running my first 5k race tomorrow.
So of course I'm making a pizza now.
Bought a ready made crust. Brushed it with olive oil. Covered with marinara sauce and sprinkled liberally with crushed garlic. Then a layer of pizza cheese (mozz and cheddar mix), then placed slices of tomato across and sprinkled with grated parmesan and romano and then basil and organo. Topped with some more pizza cheese and some feta. Should end up being very tasty.
