So I am doing a raw food diet as of yesterday. So I thought that maybe I would document what I'm eating/doing.
Monday March 23
-had 3-4 pieces of pineapple
-some almonds and cashews
-a cup of fresh squeezed apple juice
-a cup of cantaloupe
-an apple
-a huge salad with red peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes, vinegar, sunflower seeds and lime.
-i cheated bc it was the first day... so i had 3 servings of cooked meat and drank vitamin water.
Tuesday March 24
-some almonds, pecans, and walnuts
-vitamin water - cheated again
Thats it thus far. I will keep updating.
