Renge does wear casual clothing, though it's sometimes rare, since she'll always be cosplaying.

[Personality]
Renge is a loud out-spoken young woman who usually isn't afraid to share her opinions on others or ideas. What else would the self-proclaimed female manager be? She tends to always go over the top when a situation (that usually involves the Ouran Host Club) arises. Furthermore, she is also a pretty big otaku, which most will eventually find out when they first meet the young woman and has a very interesting obsession with pretty men. Not only is she part of the host club she is part of other various school activities where her creativity and talents can flourish.
With lots of experience from dating simulation games, Renge has a good grasp on accurately predicting what will attract in new customers for the club and keep them interested. Even though her fangirling ways can be quite annoying, she has been more than useful to the Ouran Host Club. Renge always like to be helpful when she can, even when it's unnecessary or when others really don't need it any of her help. Just like the wind, she comes and goes at just the right times to offer her feedback and/or critique if things aren't going so well with the club.
Though Renge looks potentially harmless, she can be pretty scary when angered. Whenever she may be extremely angered her hair transforms into snakes and her eyes glow yellow giving a medusa-like aspect. She can get very pushy and very abusive in this state of anger.
With an unhealthy obsession with dating sims, Renge tends to compare others or reference them to how they should or shouldn't act, as she readily stereotypes people. Though she has been getting fairly better, since she found out Kyouya wasn't the person she thought he was, since she based him off a fictional character.
[Specialties/Abilities] With playing so many visual-novel video games makes her aware of character development and a thickening plot. (Not OC wise, but IC to a degree.)
[Affection] Different types of affection is welcomed, though if it's intrusive Renge will very well let you know. She tends to get into one's personal space bubble, especially if you're a male.
[Fighting] When it comes to physical combat, Renge has next to no experience. Though angered enough she can sum up enough strength to slap another around surely, which usually consists of a fan.
