[There was static fixing on the Dreamberry screen before the image eventually blipped on. Renge was dressed in a interesting costume with striped blue stockings, while she was standing in the middle of the street. Her outfit gives her the power to turn her stocking into a sword to use as a weapon using a fair amount of swordsmanship, which is usually after swinging around on a pole (Very serious about this. Look at the link. Fttt.) She didn't quite understand why the city was in such disarray and this costume she was wearing. Though, it was pretty familiar to her. Though last time she checked she didn't have such a outfit or put it on.

What exactly is going on here?
