I've come to the understanding that true friendship is something that can't be touched by time, distance, or whatever else comes your way.
Today was kool cause I got to hang out and get back in touch with a ton of my friends up here, and It was like no time has passed you tell your stories of what you've been up to and then you're off to doing all the same shenanigans you used to do together. Exactly like when I come home and now exactly like when I go back up north... A true friend won't give you bullshit about not making an effort to see them, this is the understanding I've come to. ALSO heck of a lot more friends gonna be meeting up with tomorrow so awesomeness ahoy! This is honestly the most excited I've ever been for school to start in my life. Lots of good times.
