Holy Crap I just watched 3 Dreamworks Animation Films that didn't SUCK!

What the hell... that's amazing... these are the kind of records and streaks I like having... Basically It all started with Flushed away which was on one of my parents fancy extended cable movie chanels and I just decided to watch... and I was really surprised it was really quite good! It's done by Aardman studios famous for Wallace and Grommit (which I love!) and it keeps to that style even though it's a 3D animation film and not claymation which is way kool... then the next day on a similar channel Over the Hedge was on... and I'm like whatever couldn't hurt... I'm blown away by how good this movie is... like I want it on DVD right now! It's that good.... its better than the Disney 3D films I'd been watching recently (not pixar, but what can touch that really) and I was really entertained... also the animation is amazing... no shortcuts here. THEN a few days later my friend and I with not a whole lot much better to do end up going to see Kung Fu Panda.... and holy fucking crap is this a good movie... fucking beautiful too... the colors and shots are just really amazing... I like want it on Blu-Ray for sure (and I don't even have a blu-ray player >.<) Also the first couple minutes are in 2D animation and really fucking kool style... totally worth it just for that almost!  The movies awesome and I'm like dumbfounded that these 3 dreamworks films I saw back to back weren't horrible at all! Gives me good feelings considering how Dreamworks has decided to sponsor our school!!! Also I'm trying to figure out what makes these films different... than the usual mediocre dreamworks crap... They all have big name actors in a typical Dreamworks fashion... but the difference is they didn't seem like them... Bee movie was completely Jerry Sienfeld... all three of these films I looked at the cast afterwards and went... "WTF? that was _____?" (Hugh Jackman, Bruce Willis, Angelina Jolie) Granted... Dreamworks probably still advertised these films with these actors (which is a horrible practice btw... no one really goes to see an animated film for who voices the characters, usually at least) Like the Kung Fu Panda advertising I've seen has been horrible... please don't let that lead you astray. My second Theory is based on the fact that Dreamworks has Two different studios... Glenndale and Redwood City...  Glenndale is where all the 2D animation used to be taken care of... (you know like good dreamworks films...) and then I read that Both Over the Hedge and Flushed Away were created entirely by the Glenndale studios... I got to thinking... hmm I wonder if theres a connection there... and I havent found that same statement about Kung Fu Panda but The begining shot in 2D gives me a sneaking suspicion that this might have been created down here also... Soo... not that you ever have a choice but, I'm thinking if you did get a job offer from dreamworks you'd prolly want to be down instead of up.... (sorry redwood  city dwellers) anyways sorry bout the Animation Rant... I got excited... but Next on the list I got Antz and Shrek 3 so I'm pretty much ready to be let down xD

Also I havent done a movie List in a while but here goes... (last week)
