Prop 8 was repealed by a federal judge today.
Thank god. It's about time. Prop 8 was complete bullshit and should have never been put up for vote in the first place. Marriage is a right. Rights aren't up for vote. The fact that gay marriage was voted down two years ago violates the constitution! It's a huge example of the majority voting to suppress the rights of minorities. That sort of thing flies in the face of what our country is about.
