It's all thanks to Senate Republicans, too. They came up with some flaws in the bill and sent it back to the House. Now the House is able to write in something like Public Option without worry since they have the needed votes to pass it right through the House again. Better yet, they apparently only need 50 votes for the Senate!
It's like a dream come true. Republicans shooting themselves in the foot and the best case scenario for the healthcare bill potentially passing because of it.
