personal monogram

So I decided I should design a personal monogram for myself but I would love some input on what looks alright and what is definitely just a bad idea. I want something to put on a resume that will draw the eye and show some good design without being too much. I've come up with a few different ideas but am not sure how much I like them, though the first two are my favorites so far. Any suggestions? Comments? Critiques?
