Summary: Tenten thinks about her boys, their relationship and how many different kisses they have.
Neji kisses Lee like they’re fighting. She supposes that’s because that is what they do. It is in their natures to fight each other, battle for supremacy. Neji kisses with teeth and tongue and vicious touches that leave half-moon imprints in their wake. Lee grins afterwards, whether he’s come out the winner or the loser and Neji twitches the corners of his lips into something that is only a smile on him.
Neji kisses her like they’re training. He is careful, though certainly aggressive. He pulls her along, molds her too him, his hands tight but not vicious, bites to open up opportunities for response that only one with experience would notice. It’s infuriating at first. After that, it’s just wonderful.
Lee kisses Neji like he’s begging for forgiveness or asking him to open up. Lee communicates more in a short touch of lips then seems possible to her. Neji can rage for hours, but the moment the lotus comes home and kisses him like it’s okay, he calms down and almost smiles.
Lee kisses her like she’s a flower that needs protecting. He is delicate, kind and, for the life of her, she cannot figure out how Neji drags anything aggressive out of him at all. He makes her feel loved, beautiful, precious, even when the battle scars have marred her face and hands and she doesn’t see anything worthwhile when she looks in the mirror.
She kisses Neji like he needs kissing because he does and there’s nothing anyone can say to convince her different. Whether it’s just a light touch on the cheek or something deep and passionate, she tries to convey that he is important no matter what that mark on his forehead says.
She kisses Lee like she wants him to be aggressive because she does. She can certainly find an aggressive hand with Neji, but something about seeing, feeling, hearing Lee fight her like he fights Neji intrigues her more then she can express.
They kiss each other like they’re coming home, like all the world pivots on those moments, like they are friends that became lovers, like nothing can break them apart even if that war outside their window begs to differ with every passing day.
