You may have got it from an email I sent round? I'm pretty sure it's a spoof, rather than a "real" cartoon - the creator has a page here http://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/485797 . The sad thing is that some TV executive will probably see it, and try to make it as a kids show. The scary thing is that I'd probably watch it...
