(no subject)
Well kiddies, being on leave was cool. I'm glad I got to hang out with the people I did, and for those that I didn't get to hang out with, next time I'm home we will. I think this year was probably the best Christmas I've had in a long time. I finally got to be back home (after being in Boot Camp for all the big holidays last year) with everybody, and I got a lot of cool stuffs. Digital camera, PS2 games, CDs, jackets, etc. I think one of the best things I got, even though I'm paying for it, is my car. I finally bought a brand new car. The Civic fell through because I couldn't get time to get that worked out. So my dad bought a 2004 Chevy TrailBlazer at Dugan, and then a week later he took me over there and I got a 2003 Chevy Malibu. It was a loaner car from Dugan for when people had to have their cars worked on, so it had around 11,500 miles on it. It's in great shape, got a CD player (and soon to be a 6 disc changer too...), automatic windows/locks, etc. And I'm thinking about getting the Sirius satellite radio put in. XM is about 75% commercial free, and Sirius is 100%. Kelsey got that for Christmas from her parents, and it's fucking badass. So anyway, my dad's going to get my car plated in Indiana (thank god...no state inspections, and only 1 license plate), and registered and all that stuff, then bring it to me. I'll get my stickers put on it so it's cool to come on base, and then I can get rid of my Camry. That's about all for now, I'm tired of typing. Talk to you kids later.
