You know what sucks?
the fact that if a guy starts dating a new girl that isnt in his circle of friends, he can bring her to the parties and stuff and she is made to feel totally welcome by all of his friends- guys and girls alike. (speaking from experience as the girlfriend and the friend, here)... but if a girl brings her new boyfriend into a group of guys, they aren't as welcoming.
