oooh ooooooooooooooooooh aaah

Beth's music is too loud. Or maybe I'm just cranky because I'm sick. I've been watching comforting old movies and reading the Anne of Green Gables series all day. Of course, I've really only read the first book and about half of the second. It's almost midnight-perhaps I should start on all that homework. Damn homework.

I seriously think that I'm running a really high fever, but alas, I have no thermometer to check if that's true. And I have to go to class tomorrow. *sigh*

Personally, I blame Jen for the fact that there's still an abundance of kittens in my apartment. I want them gone. I don't mind them here, really, but I never remember to close my bedroom door or my bathroom door, and while they're here, both have to be done. I've chased the cats out of here a couple times. They unsettle Patrick a lot. He's been wigging out most of the afternoon, which naturally makes the kittens only more interesting in the spastically moving thing in the tank. They've been nice company while I was sick, though. All day long one or the other was lying on or by my legs. That did cheer me up somewhat. I just want my apartment quiet and empty. The kittens make noise, Beth's music is loud, and I swear I was woken up by the two of them arguing around 4 this morning. I realize it may not have been real, and Beth swears they weren't arguing, but I heard their voices at least-and that must've been pretty loud, as my door was firmly shut to keep out the kittens.

And the kittens woke me up this morning by...knocking over/breaking/getting into something. I don't know. It made a loud crashing noise and I woke up all freaked out thinking someone had broken it.

I hate this song. It's the Silent Hill theme song. I'm not sure what Silent Hill it goes to, but it's got a very discordant part in the beginning and the rest of it is annoying.

Actually, I really am quite cranky due to being so sick. I don't want to do my homework. (In all honesty, I could probably put it off and turn it in Wednesday-he accepts homework both days, but tomorrow is technically the day my lab class should turn it in.) I want to finish Anne of Avonlea and possibly go take the third book from Beth. If I do finish it tonight, and if Beth and Peter are in bed by that point (I've been trying to sleep all day and can't. I'm too warm to be comfortable.) then I'll skip to the fourth book, which I know I have here.
