"If you scored 2200 on the ELA with a writing score of at least 3 and a 2200 in math on the exit-level 11th grade TAKS:
- you are TSI exempt in math, reading, and writing
- you may enroll in any course if you meet the course requirements"
I was glad to be exempt, and then realized they had a time limit on exemptions: 3 years from the date of testing. This Feb my test scores turned 2 years old. |D; CUTTING IT CLOSE, HM?
was going to walk down and grab a soda to celebrate supposed exemptedness, but then checked the temperature and realized it was 100 degrees outside today. fuck that. |Db
am wondering when mom will stop being pouty/bitchy and come home with hopefully groceries. even if she fails at buying things, at least there would be stuff in the house. chances are good that, instead, she will come home with things she's bought instead. which is fine, as long as she didn't buy said things with the credit card. then I would have to bust a kneecap. we are already over the limit, and have been going over the limit every month for the last handful of payments. it's getting kind of ridiculous. just because 'you can't take it with you' doesn't mean you should live in debt your whole life. |D
or she'll come home having bought a couple of things and having gotten lunch but not bringing home anything. then she'll say 'well, go get yourself something'. and I'll get to go walk a mile to the grocery store in 100 degree weather. a very likely scenario. in which I may just say 'fuck that' (again) and get subway (again). mm, subway.
I will be shocked and amazed if she comes home and no variation on one of these happens. I will also be grateful as I am craving soda. :|
will likely spam to talk about tv shows later, unless I get in a crap mood again. in which case I'll just fuck off the internet and watch my tv shows instead. mm, simon baker.
