$COMPANY is hiring for a JavaScript developer. Many of you dear readers are Austinites who develop, and many of you who aren't Austinites are good enough that I'd be willing to hire you remotely. This developer would work on a contract for a hundred or so flexible hours over a three month period.
The work is purely JavaScript. There's some AJAX, but the server side is my job. We're using either Prototype/Scriptaculous or the Mootools libraries, but I'd rather have someone with solid OOP experience than someone who knows those specific classes. This developer would mostly report to me with occaisional phone meetings with a geographically scattered design team.
The product is an intranet web application designed to help small-scale non-profits.
