I went to see Wicked Tuesday night with Monica. It was full of awesome and win. :3 I'm really glad I was warned that the play wasn't really anything like the book though. Otherwise I probably would have liked it less. The music was amazing, the choreography was well done and the script was awesome. I'd definitely recommend going to see it. Sadly, it's leaving Chicago at the end of the month so I won't get to see it again. But I'd definitely recommend it if it's playing near anyone.
I also want to see Spamalot. Apparently it's going to be in town until mid February. I've heard good things about it as well.
The job hunt is not really going very well. I have some contract work that will be starting soonish, but there's no guarantee of hours, so I won't be able to count on it. I've sent an e-mail to Amy, my old boss at the zoo, but I haven't heard back from her either. Very lame. Still looking though.
Also, this is a super sekrit no Cajuns allowed club post. So there. :p
