The Choco Wiggle and Rommel Oso

Rommel Oso and I made some Choco Wiggle aka The Black Sambo (you get a giggle with every wiggle!) for Mel. Yey! We are so glad that Mel liked it :D so we have decided to spread the black sambo happiness! Let's do the choco wiggle!

Ingredients for 1st layer:

1 cup of water



1 big Condensed Milk

1 big Nestle All-Purpose Cream



2 Sachets of Unflavored Knox Gelatin or Ferna

Directions:

Boil water and remove from heat.



Add unflavoured gelatin. Stir continuously
until dissolved.



Mix nestle cream and condensed milk in a
separate bowl. Mix all and cook over low fire.



Place in a mold. Chill in the refrigerator for 4 hours.

Ingredients for 2nd layer:

1 cup of water

2 sachets of Unflavored Knox Gelatin or Ferna



1 big evaporated milk



1 cup Cocoa

1 cup refined sugar

Directions:

Boil water and remove from heat.
Add unflavoured gelatin. Stir continuously
until dissolved.
Mix cocoa and evaporated milk in a
separate bowl. Mix all and cook over low fire.



Pour over 1st layer. Let it cool. Chill in the refrigerator and serve.
