Apparently since youtube has a US IP, it considers all non-us IP as not worthy xD

IDK why they keep doing that--there should be a memorandum between youtube and sony to check the IP and the uploads without discriminating. I understand about the US-based songs, that's fine, but the Filipino ones? I feel like I'm being told that I can't enjoy the same benefits IN MY OWN COUNTRY. D:
