I got five bucks!
So I went into Tim Horton's this morning and I was really nervous because I was a few minutes late and I forgot my visor. But my manager gave me a $5 gas card!
But then this other manager who's kind of a douche was like "Where did you find that gas card?" and I was like "Faten (other manager) gave it to me." and he was like "Ben, where did you find that? I gave it to Megan, it's Megan's." and I was like "Faten gave it to me this morning and I put it in my headset." and he was like "You found it in here. Go home." and I was really pissed, but I wasn't trying to get fired so I dropped it. I figured I could just bitch about it later. I probably didn't really deserve it anyway, but who's going to turn down five bucks?
Then he called me feeling all salty a few minutes ago like "I'm sorry Ben, I was mistaken, that was your gas card. You can come in and get it on your way to school." and I was all mature about it like "That's quite alright Joe, I'll just pick it up tomorrow morning."
So I guess today's started on a triumphant note.
