OMG, What?!?! I'm updating!!!! lol
Okay so...i thought i should update, although i really have nothing to say. haha...
Still in KC...got a few friends....i've had a couple dated recently....so thats fun, but nothing has come from any of them yet.
Work is going well. For those who havent seen my latest zoo picture on MySpace.... go to www.myspace.com/zookeeper1981 and check it out....and add me as a friend, dammit! Work is going well...we're getting back to fall hours...then winter....yay! I'm in the process of training two female african wild dogs....my first attempt at training animals from scratch. Basically i've been trying to get them used to me and getting used to coming up to the front of their stalls to get meatball rewards with me standing there. Now that they've been doing that well, i'm trying to shape that into a "stationing" behavior....so hopefully I can tell them to "station" and they will approach the front of their stall in front of the trainer so they know it's the start of a training session. So when that get going well, I'll probably start trying to get them to "target"...so they will go to specific spots as i tell them to. its a long process, but they are doing much better than i thought they would be...and it's a lot of fun...and its really fun to see them learning and becoming more intested in human interaction.
I'm starting my Parttime job search campaign tomorrow...getting applications, filling them out. I really need a 2nd job for jsut a few nights a week. Hopefullly i can get somethign at a coffee shop.
Got Justin Timberlake's new album today....and i must say it's REALLY good....there isnt a song on it that i dont like....unlike his debut solo album...it really only had a couple good songs, and they werent even that good. This one shows a bit of growth, i think....but it's really just more fun than anything...very typical pop/white boy r&b...lol But i think everyone should get it!
I think i am going to go watch The Wild....it looks cute....and better than Madagascar, but who knows....lol
