Feeling Powerless
The Great Storm has passed! Power is restored to my domicile! HOORAY!
However, the cost of surviving without such things as the ability to cook rice or cheap home food has caused my bank account to stoop perilously low. As a result, I am no longer certain of my housing situation ... I'm applying with DSHS and such for financial aid and food stamps, but don't know at all weather this will provide me with enough resources to get by.
I may be disapearing entirely here soon. I have housing available for me in all cases, but I think that I am certainly going to be completely squelched financially if such things come to happen. However, I hear bankruptcy isn't that expensive to declare, and scince I have no money anyway, meh.
That's my current prospect in life, but otherwise, I'm rather happy! I just got several days off of work courtesy of the storm, and not having to go into an environment where I feel fiscally raped every time I enter just makes me uber cheery! ^.^ *laughs*
