Since Lee was technically not enrolled in both classes, he wasn't quite sure where to put himself. Finally, seeing everyone moving to their respective positions, he quickly decided to do as Anko-sensei instructed, and moseyed over to the cheerleaders.
"Hello girls," he said, grinning at the few he knew. He stood near the end of the group and started some warm-up stretches, after which he proceeded to pwn all of them in toe touch drills perform the three sets of leg lifts without any noticeable strain on his person; when he finished, he immediately got up and started the side high kicks, going through the motions effortlessly (his personal training was much harsher than this). He completed everything with a smile, of course - he didn't need to be told to do that.
Ino gave a sigh. How was it that Lee was in every class with her? Though she would never admit she enjoyed his presence, even to herself, she gave a smile and set to work at the toe touches.
Here eyes widened at the speed with which he completed his drills. The flare of competition flared within her, and her pace began to pick up. Despite this burst, she was no where near as fast as him. Giving a sigh of frustration, she picked up the speed, flashing a dazzling smile before the frown of concentration returning to her face.
Though she enjoyed taking it easy last class watching the movie, Tenten was enthused about getting out and playing again. She ran to the bag of balls but quickly changed her mind and headed for a marked square instead. She was playing ghost first round. Kicking away four other people's balls was a challenge she wanted to take on right at the start. With a fist on her hip and an arm draped upon her thigh, she stood and smiled at the girls carrying balls.
Though Naruto didn't appreciate being called a lady, he let it slide in order to listen to what the footballers were going to do that day, interested because, of course, football was the only reason he had been allowed to attend Oshima in the first place, and it was the one thing Naruto focused the most on. Honestly, no one really expected much from him in any other area. He liked to prove people wrong, but even Naruto knew his strong suit was not school and book learning.
When the coach dismissed them to do their activities, Naruto trotted to assume his position as the ghost, only to find a girl standing in his way.
"Hey! Who died and made you ghost?" he asked, arms crossed against his chest as he assumed a disgruntled posture (complete with unamused visage).
"I did, with no deaths involved," she replied, repressing the slight giggle that wanted out of her mouth. Died and made you ghost -- was the play on words intentional? Still with fist on hip and arm over thigh, she tilted her head and smirked a little. "Don't worry, my round as ghost shouldn't last too long."
Naruto looked dubious when Tenten assured him no deaths had been involved in her rise to ghost, though as she told him her round shouldn't last too long he felt intrigued. Just how good did this girl think she was?
"Yeah right! You'll never kick my ball out," he said, and returned the girl's smirk. "Okay, you can be ghost. I'll be the next one." With that, he jogged to a square, exuding confidence as usual.
