So, I found this program for holistic nutrition at this school that two websites claimed was in St. Louis. It sounded really awesome. Then it turned out that it was a) in Alabama, and b) not an accredited school. So I looked, and I looked, and I couldn't find a school in St. Louis that had a nutrition program that sounded remotely interesting. Until I looked at SLU. They have a nutrition program with a focus on culinaryness that sounds really awesome. But do I want to go back to SLU? I'd have to pay for it this time, and SLU is really expensive. Plus I was really unhappy there. . . . But it would be a different department; even a different campus. And I assume that my previous core credits would count toward this degree. So there's that.
