A nice front porch and a walled-in large back patio.

I find the full bath fabulous because I managed to fall out of the shower, land without giving myself a concussion on the toilet, and escape with nary a bruise. Also, it's well organized with the way the sink, tub, and toilet are oriented towards the doorway.

Nah - cause she knows if she takes my house, she has to take my family, and frankly, I don't think she could take my family on a daily basis.

I'm kinda debating my attraction to upper storeys. I mean, sure, I want that nice basement for tornados (and locking away Hugh Jackman should the situation occur), but I do like me some southern ranch houses.
