Started my diet last wednesday. So, here's my play by play..lots of useless dribble just to keep up with it myself so feel free to ignore this post lol.
Wednesday - Slimfast/Slimfast/Lots of water/Toast $ 2 eggs scrambled *josh was home..lol we can't get away from the waffle house when Josh is home.*
Thursday - Slimfast/Slimfast/Salad/Lots of Water
Friday - Dropped off gym paperwork - weighed *ICK* - Slimfast/Slimfast/Salad/grilled chicken/sweet tea/Lots of Water
Saturday - Slimfast/Veggie soup/Lots of water
Sunday - Slimfast/Slimfast/Tomatoe Sammidge w/ light mayo/Lots of water
Monday - Weighed again *lost 2.5 lbs* Slimfast/Slimfast/salad/Lots of water/30 mins on treadmill and exercise bike/30 mins on weight machines (various ones) went to the gym! yay!
Tuesday - Slimfast/Slimfast/tuna light mayo pickles and crackers/Lots of water/30 mins on bike and skiing machine thingy/30 mins of laps in the pool
