Not Pleased
Okay, so Vegas was great, yeah all that, but somehow my knee is still messed up and it's starting to fuck with my every day life. I am not a happy camper. Even more so since I've been to the doctor Three times this week and they still have no clue what the hell is wrong...hence the MRI I have to get and consultation with an orthopedic surgeon should surgery need to be done. Yeah, not pleased at all. I've never even hurt my knee before this! I mean, I did basketball and running all throughout high school and hurt my ankles, calves, quads, hamstrings, shin bone even, numerous times but never my knee! It shouldn't have just given out the way it did...man this freaking sucks.
Good news, I now have plenty of time to write. Silver lining and what not, even though I don't view it like that yet.
I'm freaking pissed off at America too...I don't know how bills that clearly violate federal constitutional rights of individual citizens can be passed through state legislation to be put to use on state constitutions. Not sure, but wasn't this a country of free choice, be it in life, religion, or sexual preference? I'm pretty sure the founding fathers didn't add an asterik at the bottom of the constitution and say "oh wait...not these and these and these people." My only hope is that this will go before Supreme Court someday, because if it does, these stupid bans against gay marriage have to be lifted. And what's worse, my state is one of those stupid states. God, I need to move to Canada or Europe or somewhere!
So, all in all, not pleased so I think Sin City will be needed later on as I ice my knee and bemoan the fate of the world and progress. Cheers.
