Update
I have seen so many wonderful friends and people I love here.
P-con was a lot of fun, but mostly the seeing and being seen was the best part of it.
I am amazed how much baby energy is here. There are two people having babies in a month, who just had babies and people with little ones. Hmm I wonder if the universe is telling me something?
I realized how much things have changed here... Irish dancing to disco, Chochmat (jewish stuff) that is even too new age for me. The community is still here but a bit fractured in its essence. People don't seem to gather as they used to.
Also the universe has hit me in many different directions, all reminding me of my spiritual commitments, of the life I want to create and that 2012 is only a few years away. For those of you not on the west coast and not knowing what 2012 is, ask me about it (won't post anytime soon) and tell me how much you want to know and how muggled you'd like the explanation.
Finally after burning the candle at both ends and everyone getting sick out here including my cousin who I am staying with, I seem to have caught a cough. It went straight to my chest. Blah.
I'm psyched about Gaskells tonight (the fancy dress ball). I have both congresses reserved which is making me do a happy dance of joy. I just hope I am well enough to dance everything.
Finally, I am missing my sweetheart. I wish he were here to share everyone and everything.
