Olympics

My current favorite story in the Olympics is the heated rivalry between China and Japan in men's gymnastics. Apparently, the Chinese are models of perfection in gymnastics, but have come short the last few Olympics, only to see their arch-rivals the Japanese take gold.

The commentators keep reminding me that there is a long "historical, political and athletic" conflict between the two countries, and I keep eating it up. So intense. You can see the passion in these men in every flex of a muscle while they spin on the pommel horse or rings. But unfortunately, none of the athletes on either team is hot, no matter how ripped they are.
