back in this void. its been kinda nice, till today.
working on getting things sorted.
some might say that moving back home is a bad idea, quite a few reasons.
but, it could be too good to pass up.
wait and see.
on my way up from vic to this void. my truck broke down fifty km after the toll booth. two almost full tanks of gas, and blue smoke. lucky i have bcaa gold. free tow to kelowna(200$ to continue all the way to vernon). so, i get it to the can tire. they fix it overnight(56$), go pick it up, it actually turns over with the key!..(usually started with wire under hood)...five minutes down the road it stalls at a light, its an automatic, i get it going again, and more blue smoke. so i called bcaa again. new day, new breakdown...free tow to vernon.
waiting for me, the root of this trip, was a nice new to me 1993 ford ranger. i haven't had a vehicle from the 90's yet. it is definitely the best mode of transportation insured in my name this far. its dark red with grey interior. automatic. i'm the second owner, i have all the paper work for every oil change. it has a canopy that locks, and welded bars on the windows. the tailgate is covered over with aluminum. it was a small farm truck. from armstrong. downsides- i had to get a cd/mp3 player. the cab just has 3 seats. no extended cab. but the canopy can be made more useful.
so far that's all.
