(no subject)
ok... so last Thursday.. i called Unka to check in.. see how she was.. she told me Chuckie's Dad's funeral was on Friday & after hella talk about how uncomfortable she was gonna be, I agreed to go w/ her.. even tohugh I had plans for Friday night in Vtown... but this was a day thing, so I thought like I'd be OK :)
So Friday, I woke up 9:30am, Unka came by 10:30am, we drove to Auburn, & got to the Church by close to 1:30pm. We got lost once 'cause the directions kinda led us down a wrong street, but we got back on track like in a mondo timely manner! The church ceremony mass was alright... I mean... we missed 1/2 of it... but we still got there, & that's all that mattered!
We got there like when mass was 15 minutes in... sat like in the last row in the back... after comunion, they had the personal speaches part... all them were touching, butman.. Chuckie's speach thingie was soooooooooo heart breaking... he even choked up & cried a few times! Then the reception was held in the Church hall & there were like snaks & stuff!! oooh.. I hogged up as much swiss cheese as possible.. lol!!
Afterwards we chilled outside & like talked with Chuckie for a while.. then like we took off arond 3:30pm... we stopped off in Davis & ate at Redrum Burger.. ok.. YUMMMM!! So we managed got back to Hercules & Unka dropped me off at UPS store like 10 to 6pm! then as planned , Lisa drove me to Vallejo! We got coffee & chilled for a but b4 she dropped me off at ummm... that bar on Georgia!! Man.. had hella time before everyting started!
OK.. the coolest thing was The Plaster Cats were there & like OK.. so i kept seein' these familiar people at the bar showing up & they hella recognized me too... then 1 of them remembered me from Haight Street Fair, from my stage, Groundscore Masonic stage... so that was hella Dope! I'd say the night was filled with this like ummmm... Gypsy Swashbukling Pirate Hilly Billy Hippy Blue Grass Folk rock music... it was hella Good stuff man... totally inspirational!! It was sooo YUM hangin' out w/ Steffy & Ben.. unfortunately Tiffany wasn't there :( Oooh.. & I got a ride home from this new dude I met, Damien... really CooL Awesome dude! Fuckin' A man... hella Yummy people I met there on Friday night :) Hope to see alota them again :)
Got home by almost 3AM... man... it was a good night to like bring up my spirits from a morose kinda day! :)
