(no subject)
OK.. so getting to the wake was like hard.. I got off Montgomery, walked over to 3rd street... but the #s on the buildings were only double digits, not quad digits like the address said... oh shit... so it was in China Bason, the venue where the wake was... I waited on 3rd for like 20 minutes, but all the buses said they were gon' to the Cal Train Depot & non of them went beyond that... even this well.. i didn'tknow she was homeless at that moment, but this homeless lady who ended being crazy wasted 5 minutes of my time thinking she knew where to go then just ended up like evil laughing at me when i was walkin'..
so I managed to take underground Muni there... oh yeah... there was a box that someone left in the underground station... so we had to be atleast like 50 ft away from it.. then the ride took average time out there...
the wake was kinda sad, but it was Dope seein' like hella old skool faces around :) there wre even moments where like I'd see someone & we'd look at each other like "Man, you look so familiar" kinda dealie :) There were alot more geeks there than old skool raver familia, but it was still good! I felt like that bubble of sadness in me like the whole time I was there & like i'd feel it like build upin my chest & kinda in my face.. but it never came out... It was a sad occasion.. but happy at the same time 'cause like it was reunion for alota people too...
so the original plan was to go to like either KONTROL or SomARTS for Flaming Lotus.. but I dunno.. I was heeeeeeeeella tired, didn't feel like doing anything to except getting home & well... yeah.. I got back on bart took bus & all that jazz... got home by 10:30 & well.. ended up playing CastleVille & SLOTmania nearly the whole night 'til 5AM... lol! But went to sleep well.. almsot around 6:30 I'm guessin', hella overslept 'til almost 2PM & woke up feeling Yummy today... well.. ish... my life's still in a mondo rut.. but c'est la vie, yada yada yada, & all that shit!
Ooooh oh oh oh ..... 1 major highlight was seein' Shelly Fonem!! ooooooooooooh.. I Love her sooo much!!! Sooo good to get all hyphy with her again!!! I hella missed that!! LoL!! yaaaaaaaaaay!!!
