Sigh.
I have just returned from the Sanctuary. While there, I lured Otto into the catacombs under false pretenses, then subjected him to an EMP burst to deactivate his arms, tied bandages around his face, before taping up both his biological and metal arms and kicking him around a bit, then leaving him there. If he has not returned, yet, he is likely still down there.
My reasons: He has harmed a friend of mine, and violated a deal I made with him a few months ago. In return for my healing his broken wrist, Otto promised that he would not injure Jonathan in anything other than defense of self and/or family and friends. Jonathan has told me of the attack last night, and there was no provocation of this sort.
I apologise, to Peter and others who care, but I refuse to just stand by and watch when those I care about are hurt. If he harms Jonathan again without good cause, I will, again, visit whatever injuries he inflicts upon his own person. No more, no less.
