I love those kitty shoes! Is that a US size six? What's the measurement for the length?

Yep, it's a US 6.

I measured the bottom (the sole) and the length, from heel to toe, and it's 10 inches.

I'd have to find them, I misplaced them a few months ago but I'm sure I can dig them up if you really want them :) I paid about $50 for them but don't expect that much. Make me an offer!
